REFUND POLICY

All TCG sales are final.

Because sealed product and live break items cannot be resealed or resold as new, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been opened on stream or marked as fulfilled.

If your order arrives incorrect or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours and I will make it right.

Cancellations may be requested only before the live break begins. All cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
