  • For live breaks, the product you purchase will be opened on stream, and the outcomes of the break are final.

  • Limit quantities

  • Modify policies, break formats, or website functionality

We make every effort to provide accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Manufacturing quality of sealed products

  • Pull rates or outcomes during live breaks

  • Condition issues caused by manufacturers (e.g., print defects, off-centering)

Your purchase of sealed TCG products or live breaks acknowledges these limitations.

 

5. Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights & Logos

The Site and all of its content — including text, images, logos, branding, layout, and media — are the exclusive property

of Future Sight Games and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

6. Right to Suspend or Cancel Account

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

  • Provide false information

  • Are involved in suspected fraud

  • Abuse the website or exploit policies

  • Do not comply with these Terms
