SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. During periods of high volume, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.


Live break orders are shipped after the break is completed.
Orders are shipped Monday–Friday and do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once a package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, all delivery timelines and transit updates are managed solely by the carrier.

Shipping Costs & Multiple Orders

Shipping charges are applied at checkout for each order.
If multiple orders are placed on the same day, all additional shipping charges beyond the first order will be refunded the following business day.

Packaging & Protection

All items are packaged securely using protective materials such as sleeves, toploaders, team bags, bubble or rigid mailers, and boxes when necessary to ensure safe delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Future Sight Games is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address corrections can only be made before the order has shipped.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages)

Once a package has been accepted by USPS or UPS, Future Sight Games does not control the delivery process.

  • Lost, delayed, or stolen packages: Claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.

  • Damaged packages: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and contents. We will assist with next steps or help initiate a carrier claim.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
